This newly renovated historic mill complex converted 300,000 square feet of former mill space to a mixed-use development of commercial and residential units. Under the leadership of development partners Brady-Sullivan Properties & Starr Development, LDEC served as the civil/site engineering consultant along with project architect, Architectura, to develop the master site plan for permitting and construction. Extensive permitting was required over a four-year period with state and local authorities including Rhode Island DEM, Narragansett Bay Commission, Pawtucket Water Supply Board, City of Pawtucket DPW and the City of Pawtucket Planning Commission to secure building, utility and occupancy permits.
