This newly renovated 54,000 square foot office building became the new corporate headquarters of Bank Newport. LDEC served as the civil engineering consultant on the project under the direction of the general contractor and construction manager, Farrar & Associates, Inc. Extensive site improvements were required to effectively accommodate the site infrastructure to serve the facility.
